Time to Meditate

You are probably exhausted and stressed from the first week of classes or the thought of started classes on Monday. Take about 10 minutes to just BREATHE. Relax, sit back and make this picture bigger. Imagine how the air feels nice and cool. Imagine the smell- it’s fresh and clean. Imagine how you are feeling sitting on top of that mountain. So relaxed and at peace. Allow your mind to drift to this beautiful place. Imagine the birds singing and you feel a slight breeze cross your face. How peaceful. Nothing bothers you right now. Alow yourself to be wrapped up in this gorgeous place. No worries. Take a deep breath, exhale. Take Another deep breath, exhale. Untighten your muscles, let your arms fall down by your side. Take a deep breath – exhale. Keep it going my friend. ENJOY!
